PIANO & VOICE
Olga
Seibel's love for music started when she was 5 years old,
and has grown into a great passion. She gained her
sixteen-year music education while growing up in Russia,
graduating from the Saint Petersburg conservatoire. Olga has
enjoyed teaching children and adults piano and singing,
immediately after completing her third year in the
conservatoire. She has had seventeen years of teaching
experience since then. She also worked as a singer for 4
years in Saint Petersburg Academic Chapel, performing
soprano both as a member of chorus team and solo.
Her teaching methods include,
along with piano and singing, all elements of musical
grammar, theory, and art of performance.
She believes that instead of simply teaching a student an
instrument, the instructor should help the student to
discover their own talents and boost creative development.
This will allow the student to enjoy the art of expressing
themselves through the music they play.

Piano, Trumpet
Timothy Heard
Born and raised in Oklahoma,
Timothy began his musical journey in the 6th grade when
he picked up a trumpet for the first time. In the 8th
grade, he began playing the bass guitar with a local
worship team while simultaneously taking extensive music
theory classes. He taught himself to play the guitar and
piano in his early high school years, and performed in
the OMEA All-State bands by the time he was 16 using the
trumpet and euphonium.
After high school he ventured to Florida to pursue
musical education and performance. Timothy is currently
a worship leader at a church of nearly 2,000 attendees.
He is trained in advanced music theory and musical
education. He's an accomplished musician, playing the
trumpet, euphonium, acoustic guitar, electric guitar,
bass guitar, piano, and drums. He also teaches guitar,
bass guitar, piano, and trumpet.
Timothy loves teaching and is excited to see his
students succeed!
DRUMS - GUITAR
Eddie Neese
Eddie Neese started playing music on the drums at the
age of 10, but it wasn't until he was 17 that he got a
guitar and decided to dedicate himself to music. He
studied jazz guitar, music theory, aural theory, and
other areas for two years at renowned bass player Jeff
Berlin's Players School of Music in Clearwater,
FL. Returning to Fort Myers, he enrolled at Edison
College where he completed a two year music program,
studying classical guitar, theory, sight singing/ear
training, and performing with the jazz band, while
offering his services as a tutor in those same subjects.
He now teaches music and performs the music that he
writes with his original band here in Fort Myers.

GUITAR & PIANO
Andrew Moses
Born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Andrew’s love for music
was evident at the age of two. When Andrew was thirteen years old he began
playing
guitar with a little help from his father Eric. Eric, an old
time blues guitar player who jammed with the likes of Joey
Walsh from The Eagles, knew exactly what direction he wanted
his son to bend towards. Music from artists such Eric
Clapton, Pink Floyd and Hendrix was his forte’. Andrew
on the other hand at that time listened to artists like
Pearl Jam and Nirvana. That gentle nudge from his father
seemed to have done the trick. Andrew began to study 6
and 7-string classical guitar as well as piano in which
Chopin and Bach were the main forces. In fact, Andrew
so took to Chopin’s music that he composed 6 Nocturnes for
Solo Guitar. Andrew was always acutely enamored with
the great masters even to this day.
Andrew Moses had released 3 CD’s along with the way,
“Complete Classical Guitar Solos 2000-2005”, “Remnants” and
“When Pigs Fly” A Tribute to the mark of Pink Floyd”.
Andrew Moses’ latest release “Mosely” continues down the
path where the last CD left him. His single “Love and
War” is a raw and introspective piece written as a
self-portrait describing his life and experiences at that
particular time. It is a raw acoustic based piece,
which has all the makings of a movie such as excitements,
drama, darkness and hope.
One common thread that runs through his compositions is
typically a dark or grey side - a deep inner scavenging of
one’s soul. He does this with great skill and ability
and delivers dramatic and complex pieces that audiences love
to hear.
“Mosely” and the previous 3 CD’s are available on iTunes, as
well as all the major digital music storefronts. You
can listen to and/or purchase music from these 4 CD’s by
logging onto the following websites:
Andrew Moses has also published his music through Melbay
Publishing in 2006. His “Six Nocturnes” are a part of
“Melbay’s Master Anthology of New Classic Guitar Solos”.
DRUMS & PERCUSSION
Sean Holmes
has been playing drums and percussion since 2001 and enjoys
teaching private lessons.
I am well versed in playing all forms of drum kits and
orchestral drums (including teaching both matched and
traditional grips), as well as xylophone/bells/marimba,
steel pan drums, hand drums (bongos, djembes, etc.), and
other forms of auxiliary percussion instruments. I teach
several different musical styles, including but not limited
to: Classical, Jazz, Rock n' Roll, Reggae, Latin rhythms,
Electronica/Techno, New Orleans drumming, Blues, and Hip
Hop.
I am more than willing to work with school band instructors
on their pre-established curricula as well as developing a
unique curriculum of my own for each student based on their
strengths and needs. I am currently playing drums for a band
called
We're All Virus. We are in the process of producing a
full length album with Evan Coffman of Starlight Studios,
and are currently seeking national record label recognition.
Sean attended Florida Gulf Coast University, with a
major in Psychology a minor in Philosophy.
GUITAR,
ELECTRIC, ACOUSTIC, BASS
Jim Shinn is a native of
Fort Myers and started his music education in the Lee County
School System. He played trumpet in the sixth grade and
continued all through high school. Jim took up the guitar at
age thirteen. Although mostly self-taught, he has taken many
private lessons over the years. One notable guitar and voice
teacher was Alan James, lead guitarist and singer for Roy
Orbison.
In the year 2000, Jim became the
Praise Band Leader and guitarist at Cypress Lake United
Methodist Church. He is currently playing Bass guitar at
Good News Baptist Church in Fort Myers. Although he holds an
Associates Degree in Business Administration, his passion is
helping students to have a fun and exciting experience,
while learning to play guitar.
GUITAR, PIANO, VOICE,
BANJO, UKULELE, MANDOLIN
Dennis Cassella comes
from a family of musicians. At an early age he began
playing the trumpet and french horn. He quickly realized
however that his first love was guitar.
He attended Millersville University where he studied
music education with an emphasis on guitar pedagogy.
Dennis has taught for more than twenty years and
performed all over the United States and Canada. He has
opened for bands such as the Tramps and worked for ten
years as a studio musician at Caprice International
Records where he released his first recording project.
He is adept at playing and teaching guitar, piano,
mandolin, bass, banjo, and ukulele.
Dennis studied classical
guitar while pursuing his music education degree at
Millersville University. He has studied and taught many
styles of music from classical to jazz to rock and roll
to a wide range of students and believes that no one
method is appropriate for all students and customizes
his lessons to the student while still maintaining the
need to teach the core elements of technique and theory.

Information and Recommendations
Your instructor will recommend a
course based on your experience and personal goals. This
almost always includes a lesson book that you purchase
separately and take home with you. Please be sure to bring
your book with you to each lesson. With the exception of
piano and drum students, you will need to bring your
instrument with you to each lesson.
Practice at home is the key
to your success!
Mr Music offers the very best
experience available in the Fort Myers area for private
music lessons. Our instructors are top-notch professional
private instructors with years of experience. However, there
is no "magic pill." The key to your success is your
commitment to attending your lessons consistently and
equally important, your practice schedule at home. If
possible, set aside a particular time each day that you
devote to practicing on your instrument. You should be
practicing at least 15 to 30 minutes each day, at least five
days a week.
Accessories & Books
If you don't already have a
music stand at home, please purchase one at Mr Music. We
carry a good variety of stands ranging from $19.50 to
$79.00. For all instruments other than piano/keyboard, we
also highly recommend an electronic tuner. For all
instruments we recommend that you have a metronome. This is
a device to help you develop your timing skills. We have a
great selection of these devices in stock at all times.
You need to have an instrument
at home on which you can practice each day. If you need an
instrument, we will do everything possible to help you get
the best value in just the right instrument. We sell and
repair many of the most popular musical instruments.
When 30 Minutes is Not
Enough
Our experience tells us that
a 30 minute lesson once a week is ideal for most
students. However, if you feel
that you would benefit from more lesson time, please be
sure to discuss this with your instructor. He or she
will provide an honest assessment and make the
appropriate recommendations.
